Who processes your data

What we collect
When you book online: your name, phone number, optionally your email and preferred messenger, the chosen treatment, date and time, and the site language. Nothing else is required.
Why
To book you in, confirm or move your visit, and contact you about it (legal basis: performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We don’t use this data for marketing without your separate consent.
Where it is stored
In the booking system’s secured database. New-booking notifications go only to the studio owner through a private Telegram bot. Data is never sold or shared with third parties, except technical processors (hosting, database) acting on our behalf.
How long
Booking data is kept for no longer than 24 months after your last visit, then deleted or anonymised. Messenger conversations are kept only as long as needed for your booking, voucher or request.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses only essential cookies (for example, your language). Analytics (Google Analytics) is enabled only after you agree in the banner.
Offers and news
Only if you ticked “I’d like to receive offers and news” when booking (legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) may we occasionally message you about studio offers via messenger or email. You can withdraw consent at any time — just write to us and we will stop sending them.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and complain to ANSPDCP (Romania). Write to us and we’ll reply within 30 days.
WhatsApp and Telegram messages
If you message us on WhatsApp or Telegram (for example to confirm a booking or order a voucher), the messages are processed by these services under their own privacy policies. We use the conversation only to answer your request.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.
