Lymphatic drainage is a gentle manual massage that helps lymph flow: swelling and heavy legs ease and the body feels lighter. It is done with a special drainage oil and includes a delicate abdominal massage.
Anti-cellulite massage is more intensive: with an anti-cellulite cream it works the abdomen, thighs, glutes and arms for smoother, firmer-looking skin. A course gives the best result; packages of 5+ sessions get 10% off.

How many sessions do I need?
A course of 8–10 sessions, once or twice a week, is usually recommended.
